Ecuabuilder ltd. was communicated to by the owner on March 2016. The existing structure was 2 story wood structure. Ecuabuilder ltd. was contacted to renovate complete 2 floor structure, 2nd floor addition, second floor deck and exterior renovation.

Scope:

• Design new floor plan for first floor and second floor.
• Create working drawings
• Apply and receive building permits
• Demolish of existing walls on first floor and second floor.
• Demolish and install new stairs
• New construction (wood framing).
• New plumbing, new hvac, new electrical all inspected and pass by the city of Toronto/ Etobicoke.
• Interior work (insulation, gypsum board and plaster).
• Interior finishes (floors, walls, ceiling, custom kitchen cabinets, fireplace and lights).
