Ecuabuilder ltd. was communicated to by the owner on May 2012. The existing structure was 1 story wood structure. Ecuabuilder ltd. was contracted to demolish existing structure and complete 2 story new construction.

Scope:

• Design new floor plan for first floor and second floor.
• Create working drawings
• Apply and receive building permits
• Demolish of existing walls on first floor and existing roof
• Install new stairs
• New construction (wood framing) of 1st and 2nd floor.
• New plumbing, new hvac, new electrical all inspected and pass by the city of Toronto.
• Interior work (insulation, gypsum board and plaster).
• Interior finishes (floors, walls, ceiling, kitchen cabinets, fireplace and lights).
