Ecuabuilder ltd. was contacted to by the owner on March. 2015. The existing structure was 1 story wood structure. Ecuabuilder ltd. was contracted to renovate first floor, 2nd floor addition, 2 story back addition and underpinning of basement.

Scope:

• Design new floor plan for first floor and second floor.
• Create working drawings
• Apply and receive building permits
• Demolish of existing walls on first floor and existing roof
• Excavation and pouring of new foundation walls for addition
• Demolish and install new stairs
• New construction (wood framing) of second floor.
• New plumbing, new hvac, new electrical all inspected and pass by the city of Toronto.
• Interior work (insulation, gypsum board and plaster).
• Interior finishes (floors, walls, ceiling, kitchen cabinets, fireplace and lights).
